Community Outreach

North Central EMS provides community outreach and education through complimentary stand-by coverage for school and sporting events. We participate in neighborhood safety towns, fairs, festivals, and parades. Upon request, we also provide station tours to schools, churches, 4-H groups, scout troops, and community organizations.

Speakers are also available upon request to present emergency and pre-hospital care programs covering topics from by-stander care/pre-arrival instruction, to career opportunities in EMS. To schedule a speaker or station tour, call Cynthia Geiger at 419-663-1367.

North Central EMS summer safety towns are sponsored in Greenwich and Port Clinton for children entering kindergarten in the fall. Guest speakers from EMS, Police, Fire, Ohio State Highway Patrol, Ohio Division of Natural Resources Watercraft Division, and school bus transportation provide hands-on education to the participants.

North Central EMS takes pride in being part of your community, and contributing to the safety and well-being of all residents.
